Anna Siekierska seeks answers to the question: how can we support regenerative processes in areas that are highly degraded and exposed to exploitative forestry practices? The artist aims to create prototype structures that will help heal the scars left by deep logging roads and retain water and mud in the forest. She is inspired by constructions built by forest activists as well as structures created by beavers. She emphasizes that protecting nature requires a revolution—a redefinition of the concepts of wilderness and naturalness.
